☠️ What is a zine?
A zine, or fanzine, is a fan-made project compiling art, stories, or photos based on a series, theme, character, or ship into a booklet.☠️ What is this zine about?
This zine will celebrate the numerous men of the One Piece universe and spread the love between them! We love us gay pirates 🌈☠️☠️ Is there an age requirement to apply?
Yes, we ask you to be 18 or older at the time of application since this project will include a NSFW portion.☠️ Can I apply for multiple roles?
Yes, but you will be selected to fulfill one role only if you were to be accepted, though artists may work on zine merch as well.☠️ Can I apply to the main zine (All Men) and the NSFW PDF (Man Areas)?
Yes! Please be aware that if you are accepted into both zines, you will be expected to provide a minimum of one piece per zine. More info in GUIDELINES.☠️ Do I need previous zine experience or a large following to apply?
No and no. Everyone will be judged fairly based on our judging criteria. More info in GUIDELINES.☠️ Can I apply even though I'm neither a man nor gay?
Of course! Everyone can apply regardless of their gender and sexual orientation as long as they're 18+.☠️ Will this zine be physical or digital? Will there be merch too?
The entire project will be digital only.☠️ How will contributors be compensated?
All contributors are guaranteed a free digital bundle. If funds allow, they will also receive profit upon completion of the zine.☠️ How many contributors will be accepted?
We are interested in accepting 35 artists, 2 merch artists, and 10 writers. Please note that these numbers include guest contributors and are subject to change.☠️ Will there be content restrictions?
• In both zines, we won't allow:

The rest will be judged on a case-by-case basis.
• In both zines, we will allow:
✅ Ships (Anything sexual will be located in Man Areas. All ships featured in either zine should be composed of 18+ men.)
✅ Spoilers

• About All Men: Pieces should remain SFW. Canon and light to medium violence are okay.
• About Man Areas: This portion is subject to contain dark themes. This is also where "problematic ships" will be allowed.☠️ Got it! Other than that, will you accept trans men headcanons into the project?
Sure, trans men are men. ⚧️♂️☠️ What about genderbending?
Since this zine focuses on homosexual men, we won't be accepting men turned into women in the project. While the other way around sounds tempting, we would like to give the spotlights to canon men.☠️ Will there be room for poly relationships?
Yes, but ultimately, this will depend on what the contributors are up to. Just know that we welcome both mono and poly representations!☠️ How many times will a specific ship be allowed?
We will cap any repetitive ships once it reaches 2 or 3 times of appearance to privilege diversity.Feel free to drop us your questions at our Retrospring!

🌈 GENERAL 🌈🌈 All applicants must be 18 or older by the time of application.
🌈 Applicants should be familiar with the One Piece universe.
🌈 Applicants must have or be willing to create a Discord account.
🌈 It is recommended that contributors own a Paypal account.
🌈 In the application forms, you will have the option to submit pitches, but those aren't mandatory and won't affect your application.

💚 REQUIREMENTS 💚🌈 Artists must submit 3 complete illustrations (with backgrounds preferred). A portfolio can be included but is optional.
🌈 Samples including One Piece men are highly recommended, but not mandatory.
🌈 If interested to apply to the NSFW PDF too, you must include at least one NSFW sample.💙 JUDGING CRITERIA 💙🌈 Applicants will be judged on anatomy, color, background, recognizability, and overall composition.💚 EXPECTATIONS 💚🌈 If accepted in one zine only, artists will be expected to create a minimum of one fully colored illustration with a background.
🌈 If accepted in both zines, artists will be expected to create a minimum of two fully colored illustrations (SFW & NSFW) with backgrounds.

💙 REQUIREMENTS 💙🌈 Merch Artists must submit 3 complete merch designs. A portfolio can be included but is optional.
🌈 Samples including One Piece men are highly recommended, but not mandatory.💚 JUDGING CRITERIA 💚🌈 Applicants will be judged on anatomy, color, background (prints only), recognizability, and overall composition.💙 EXPECTATIONS 💙🌈 If accepted, merch artists will be expected to create 2 to 3 assigned items.

💚 REQUIREMENTS 💚🌈 Applicants must submit 3 complete written works. A portfolio can be included but is optional.
🌈 Samples including One Piece men are highly recommended, but not mandatory.
🌈 If interested to apply to the NSFW PDF too, you must include at least one NSFW sample.
🌈 Each sample must be 1.5k words max.💙 JUDGING CRITERIA 💙🌈 Applicants will be judged on grammar, characterization, and their ability to tell a compelling story.💚 EXPECTATIONS 💚🌈 If accepted in one zine only, writers will be expected to write one piece. The total of words is estimated around 1.5K words.
🌈 If accepted in both zines, writers will be expected to write two pieces (SFW & NSFW). The total of words for each fic is estimated around 1.5K words.
